Features

◆A real love adventure in 4K from the protagonist's point of viewAll scenes were shot in 4K from the protagonist's point of view.
It has a sense of speed like a short drama, but also contains memorable scenes. Here is a real love experience in Tokyo.
◆Various choices and multiple endingsAs Shakespeare's work states, "Life is a series of choices," you will be forced to make choices that seem like everyday choices. A single response can change the future...
Not only that, but a variety of choices will unfold that can lead to humor, seriousness, horror, suspense, and mysterious endings.
◆A thorough commitment to realismA scenario that seems like it could happen on the edge of reality, where everyone has thought, "I want to go back to those days..." and fantasies. Communication through chat and short videos. We've stuck to realism to create a sense of immersion. When you see the ending with the heroine, you will surely think:
"Love starts again."

I absolutely love this game as in a sea of mostly hectic fmv stories, Love starts again decides to take on a more cozy & relaxing stance resulting with a rather refreshing experience like no other. Some people may find the fmv to be rather boring due to lacking in "wow moments", but I don't really think that it's a bad thing since at the end of the day it feels like it's trying to be a rather simple fmv with a realistic-ish premise which I appreciate. Thus, if you're a fan of Slice of Life genre then this fmv is an easy-buy for me. However, this review moreso serves as a warning over anything else as there seems to be a major issue/bug with the game where character affections would sometimes just be deleted or heavily regressed for no apparent reason. Usually this would just be brushed off as being a slight annoyance, but this have resulted with me unable to progress through the game at all unless I want to replay the game from the start due to the existence of affection meter lock that exist in-between chapters. Overall, if you can look behind the major technical issue then this is an easy recommendation from me if you're looking for a relatively chill experience. It's an amazin…

Played it for Japanese language immersion and very much enjoyed it! Good acting, pleasant music, loved the scenery and story setting.

one of the better fmv ive played. better than pretty much any other japanese fmv on the market by a long shot. some people could find it corny but its just got a little bit more "japanese/anime" flare compared to the chinese and korean options

This game is incredibly frustrating. The achievements are full of bugs, and some of them seem nearly impossible to unlock. I’d strongly advise perfectionists and achievement hunters to stay away from this game.

So spent my time going through all of the possible dialogues and seeing all of the possible endings in the game and I would say that this game does stand pretty well alongside other FMV's out atm, especially being one that features a Japanese cast. The story follows similarly to "Hello Love, 18 Again" without the magical nuance of a mystical cat. The story is less goonerish and more grounded so set your expectations for a more straightforward story of a lonely man getting a second chance at life. If you need more of a breakdown here's what I've got for you. The story. You are Ei, a company worker that died while doing what he hated the most which is working at his company that overworked him. You find yourself teleported back in time to when you were in college, unsure why or how you got there. The only thing on your mind though is to change the future so that you don't repeat the same fate. But how!? Through a 5 year gap your guy needs to become a different person than he was in college and improve yourself and your relationships. As you make deliberate changes to the past you notice that you suddenly become a chick magnet and have to decide that if your future is going to change…
