About the Current Version

Mannequin Syndrome is a first-person survival horror game for solo play or 1–4 players in online co-op.You are sent into the Syntrax Facility, where something has already gone terribly wrong. The building is still running, but not the way it should. Some systems remain active, some areas still function, and throughout the facility mannequins stand motionless like empty shells.
  • Most of them are inactive.
  • One of them is not.
The active mannequin does not always stay the same. At any moment, the one hunting you can become still, while another somewhere else becomes active. That means every mannequin in the facility can become the threat.Your objective is simple on paper: enter the facility, restore critical systems, complete the required objectives, reach the shutdown sequence, and escape.
  • Surviving long enough to do that is the real problem.
The deeper you go, the worse the situation becomes. Every completed objective moves you closer to escape, but it also makes the threat more dangerous. What begins as something slow and unsettling becomes faster, more aggressive, and far less predictable. The challenge is not only staying alive, but continuing to progress. Exploration, objectives, and coordination become harder as the threat escalates. To survive, you will need to restore access, open new paths, interact with terminals, solve puzzles, and keep moving forward under pressure. The mannequins are not there just for atmosphere. They are the main threat. As the round progresses, they become more relentless, more dangerous, and harder to read. Once the endgame begins, the facility stops feeling like a place you are exploring.
  • It starts feeling like something you need to escape before it fully turns against you.

  • Solo play and 1–4 player online co-op
  • First-person survival horror inside the Syntrax Facility
  • Objective-based progression
  • Environmental puzzles and interactive systems

Mannequin Syndrome drops you into the creepy Syntrax Facility where you and up to 3 friends (or solo) have to complete objectives, restore systems, and escape before the mannequins turn the place into a nightmare. It’s a third-person action-horror game with clear inspiration from titles like Dead by Daylight’s atmosphere mixed with co-op objective-based survival like GTFO or early Access horror games. What I Liked: The Mannequins are legitimately unsettling. The way they stand perfectly still until you look away or get too close is classic “Weeping Angels” energy but executed with a creepy doll-like twist. The audio design (distant scraping, soft footsteps, sudden mannequin movement sounds) does a great job of keeping you on edge. Co-op shines here. Playing with friends turns it into a chaotic mix of “who’s watching the mannequins” and “run for your life while someone finishes the objective.” The threat level ramps up nicely as you complete more tasks, which creates good tension. Environmental puzzles and objective variety keep it from feeling too repetitive in short sessions. Solid atmosphere overall — dim lighting, abandoned facility vibes, and a growing sense of dread as the ma…

I see what they were going for but ultimately it was a buggy and overall not a fun experience.. Spent 15+ minutes looking for a lever that ended up being among like 50 something individual lockers that you have to open.

This game sucks for real. Me and my friend tried to find code for supervisors office and didnt find it at all wasting more than 30 minutes. When I died to mannequin my friend couldnt even revive me. Its not even scary and I dont recommend it to anyone. Wasted potencial, 0/10.
