About Mouthwashing
Navigate a dying space freighter where you must survive starvation, isolation, and a maimed captain bent on dragging his crew down with him. Uncover the psychological horror of being trapped with people you can't trust while reality itself becomes increasingly unreliable.

Mouthwashing is a fantastic short narrative experience that puts the uncomfortable truths about people out in the light in an abstract and artistic way. Mouthwashing delivers the feeling and atmosphere that the developers desired extremely well through the world storytelling, the characters and their interactions, and the careful feed of knowledge to the player. The story keeps you in suspense about what comes next, and the writers did well in building the climax. Even though you follow this small crew on a wrecked space freighter, a very small section of playable map, the world that is painted feels huge, daunting, intimidating. The characters that you follow are unique, their relationships and interactions knit everything together tightly. The quality of this story is definitely worth the price, as like any good story I enjoy I will revisit it. To watch the crew of the Tulpar face themselves, their mistakes, and their inevitable fate. Achievement wise, they aren't too bad to acquire. Some may need a little looking up, but nothing felt tedious to obtain. Roughly 7 hours to 100% the game.1 found this helpful
My mouth has never been cleaner
Incredible writing. Great use of simple mechanics to make every story beat hit harder. So spooky and gruesome and sad.
Wow, this game has a lot of really likeable and in-depth characters! I sure do hope that nothing bad happens to any of them!
very well put together, has a very thick plot. played it for 3.5 hours straight. had no idea i did, never let my attention stray. Absolutely one of the most interesting games I've played by far but, one of my favorites.
The writing and presentation of this game is fantastic. I don't care for horror games, but I still enjoyed most of this game. Even if the merchandise is a bit tasteless. Why does a Nendoroid need a S**c*d* accessory?
