About Mr Maker 3D Level Editor
Mr Maker 3D Level Editor is a platform game, with a level maker. Inspired by the games of the 90s, but with a touch of modernity. There are some levels ready to play, the coolest is right below.
You can create your levels however you like, add blocks, traps, enemies, coins, create bridges, stairs and more. As you gain experience, you’ll experience higher, creative and challenging levels.

I wasn't expecting much from a $2 game, but somehow Mr Maker did not meet the already low expectations. There are way too many issues I believe stem from the developer not spending enough time in Unity to make their game maker more polished. Some issues that I noticed can be fixed relatively quickly. *** Problems I ran into *** 1: Some sections require precise timing and jumping - this is difficult with the floaty controls. 2: Knock back from enemy hits are almost always going to push Mr Maker off the edge. 3: Sometimes the screen scrolls slower than Mr Maker can run, making it impossible to dodge incoming enemies and obstacles. 4: The item selection box in creation mode is broken. Have to use "L" and "R" to manually change item. 5: Absolutely no mouse functionality in creation mode. Placing and editing objects is done 100% with keyboard. 6: Not able to load and continue editing levels. Once you save and exit, that's it, no more editing.4 found this helpful
The level design in the included levels has little to no creativity, and the editor is not robust enough to inspire much creativity in others.2 found this helpful
is alright but cannot reenter creat level when you exit so have to creat alevel all in one go would be nice if in updates they let you reedit level so you do not have to finish a level in one go as you might have something to do and want to continue creating that level1 found this helpful
I mean its cool, albeit a super simple platformer, at least in appearance and functionality--maybe not in difficulty--I don't know, I didn't play very long. The achievements seem extremely grindy though.
This has a lot of promise but it's not there. The controls are delayed; what I mean is that if you're facing right and press left, instead of stopping and instantly going left your character moves but also turns in that direction. You don't stop immediately when you stop walking, you take a step forward which can put you dangerously close to ledges. It doesn't have controller support or at least doesn't recognize my controller. It has one music track. The editor doesn't take advantage of the mouse at all. You have to use the keyboard to move, place and delete tiles. When trying to move and jump diagonally it wouldn't do that (too many keys pressed at the same time I guess) so I'd usually just walk off the edge of a tile and die. Poor controls really hurt this game. If it had better controls I could over look everything else, but no, it's not really playable.
bad game it is somehow worse the demo on Xbox don't buy get the demo on the Microsoft store
