My Heart Your Soul is a lovely story about loss, love, and family connection. It's been wonderful to be able to watch this video game come to life; from reading the original short film script in 2019 to keeping tabs on its adaptation into a video game up until its 2022 release. Shout out to first-time video game creator De'Shaun Ruiz! It was fun to explore locations from my college campus in video game format and to see the little easter eggs hidden (The Great P!!). I especially loved playing the different minigames that were present throughout the game. If you want a heartfelt game that is not too short but not a major time commitment, I'd recommend giving My Heart Your Soul a play.
