Mythos: Sudoku

Great sudoku game with 9 very cool variants ranging in complexity. Some of them are fairly close to typical sudoku (like land & sky) but they all feel distinct both from standard sudoku puzzles and from each other. Easy mode is a good warmup, but Normal & Hard are where it's at--I find that a couple particular variants can largely be solved with classic sudoku reasoning on Easy, but Normal and Hard force you to engage more thoroughly with the new mechanics. Definitely worth full price for the breadth of modes.

Great game. Adds a great twist to traditional sudoku. Very addicting.

A solid sudoku game with interesting variants. The trials encourage you to step back and refocus every once in a while, which is nice.

This is cool game. If you played the Zelda Randomizer Sudoku and wondered if this one was worth picking up, it absolutely is. The gimmicks are generally pretty good, and the fact that they're randomized never felt like it hurt at all. The writing isn't... very good, but I did find myself interested in the lore by the time I got to the end. It was a little annoying trying to get enough coins to hear all of the conversations, considering the fact that I had already unlocked everything else that I wanted to long before I finished, but I was glad that I did. I think the music was done actually really well, all of the songs were good for puzzling to. I found myself humming along to most of them. All in all, I'd gladly purchase a DLC that just... added like 9 more puzzle types without any other content. It's solid, give it a try! AN ADDENDUM AFTER PLAYING FOR A BIT MORE: This game rules. I keep coming back to it, even after having gotten all of the achievements and everything. It's good even past the novelty of the gimmicks, they all hold up on repeat plays.
