Nightmare Trails throws you into a world now plagued by monsters from another dimension. Send them back!
INTRODUCTION:
During a lonely road trip through a national park in the middle of the night, you are forced to stop when you see something in the road. It moves towards you and its eyes widen, staring at you. You enter a state of panic as the monster starts sprinting, you exit the vehicle and run down a path that leads deeper into the national park, but you soon realise, there is no safe place.
WAVE SURVIVAL GAMEPLAY:
Survive endless waves of monsters coming from all corners of the map and learn the best way to defeat each type of monster. How long can you survive before it becomes too much?
PORTAL MODE GAMEPLAY:
They won't stop coming! Destroy the monsters portal into this world and stop the invasion!

Nightmare Trails is a really bad Unity based 2D top down wave survival shooter. It looks like all the art assets are asset flips, they're pretty bad low poly stuff as the screenshots show. Gameplay is terrible and doesn't seem to have been playtested, it's buggy, you can clip through stuff... the quality here is a bit of a joke. The developers couldn't even work out how to determine native resolution properly, so the game forces into a 1920x2160 portrait view, it looks terrible. There's no way to change the resolution to correct the incompetence from the developers. Despite being shovelware garbage, there's an unrealistic $4 USD price on this, it's not worth 10 times less.5 found this helpful
