Big fan of Breach & Clear back in the day. I've been looking for something a long time that scratches that itch and this game is IT. At some points it feels like waiting for a sneeze, I get so ready to hit the execute button but when you stack up all the dominos and they fall perfectly it is so satisfying. Having the survival mode, mission generator, custom maps, and mods are all critical features that will make me keep coming back to this game.2 found this helpful
No Plan B is a tactical strategy game developed and published by GFX47 that builds its entire identity around one compelling idea: preparation is everything. Rather than placing players in direct command during firefights, the game asks them to think like mission planners. Every operation begins with careful analysis of the environment, followed by assigning routes, breach points, and synchronized actions to a team of operatives. Once the plan is finalized, there is no stepping in to correct mistakes. The mission unfolds exactly as designed, for better or worse. It is an unusual premise that immediately distinguishes No Plan B from more traditional tactical shooters and gives the game a level of tension that remains present from beginning to end. The title excels at making players feel responsible for every success and failure. Missions often start with simple objectives, but they quickly evolve into layered scenarios involving hostages, multiple enemy positions, and unpredictable room layouts. The planning tools are intuitive, allowing players to queue movements, coordinate simultaneous entries, and determine when squad members should engage or hold fire. It's too tedious and boring to have to tell each individual soldier how to do their job. Rainbow Six Ravenshield has AI that can do that, so players can focus on the actual operation if they want to play, or even just spectate.
