About Door Kickers
Command a SWAT team through real-time tactical raids where you pause to plan routes, choose equipment, and coordinate breaches to save hostages before time runs out. Its accessible yet challenging 2D top-down design rewards both quick improvisation and meticulous planning, with endless replayability through cooperative multiplayer, mission editor, and procedural level generation.
Analyze the situation, plan team routes, choose equipment and breach points and coordinate multiple troopers to reach the hostage room before the bad guys get to press that trigger.
It may sound daunting, and like real world CQB combat, it sure is. But most levels can be completed in minutes and on the fly improvisation works. Achieving the perfect planning, getting the mission done with no false steps, that’s a skill harder to master.
Quick Points:
- 2D, Top Down for optimal tactical analysis
- Real Time With Free Pause
- No turns, no hexes, no action points or awkward interfaces
- Realistic but action packed
- Non-linear levels, freeform gameplay
- Mission editor and modability
- Unlimited gameplay via mission generator and level editor
- Single Player
- Online Cooperative Multiplayer (2 players)

I though it was a bit better in terms of gameplay and storyline... but at the end of the day, it's a good game. I'm enjoying it
meticulously controlling the offenses is so fulfilling and rewarding. wish there are more levels, endlessly more
Amazing tactical game, it's quite simple with only a few commands to give your squad, but hard to master, sometimes you'll spend hours making a plan, with a lot of back and forth adjusting a plan to RNG and the level's design, and it feels really satisfying watching it play out perfectly. There's a few problems like not being able to fully plan some types of missions like arrests and levels with multiple floors, which by themselves are really janky, running time in only one floor at a time. Also, I don't know why they thought it was a good idea to add a solo challenge to levels in a game about managing a squad, those are awful to do on big levels. There's campaigns and a level editor with workshop support so there's many levels to play and master. I definitely recommend this, it's one of the most satisfying games I have ever played.
rly nice game, kinda boring after 4h+ but is cool as hell
Its good
Honestly one of the best games I've played in a long time. I love the way it feels. I did struggle in the first bit but once you get a hang of it its amazing. I've played with a friend of mine just going through missions and it was a blast. I love how you need to change up your style depending on the situation. All thought I do find that some of the cheaper weapons at your disposal are a tiny bit too strong (The M4 mainly) but other then that 10/10 game. Buy it.
