Nice offroad courses. Many of them can be challenging! Especially when you play in cockpit perspective, that is crazy, dude! Yes, there are some rough edges sometimes like wheels getting clipped into the floor, the car weirdly bouncing off objects at a certain angle and unrealistic air manipulation with accelerating, but it's mostly fair and fun! Has many modes where I like the endless mode the most where you're getting random obstacles one after another and have to get 100 done. Getting set back for a fail increases the intensity, you know. There can occur some pretty challenging situations depending on the random order of the obstacles like no space to turn and a steep incline to climb after a decline and such. Overall I very much liked my experience with Offroad Mania and recommend it if you like precision driving on pretty much realistic physics and have patience!

game used to run fine, upgraded my cpu and GPU and now it wont even open

Well I'm going to recommend it because the gameplay is a lot of fun and generally works ok. The level design is also quite good. I've played mostly on the Steam Deck which didn't really have any problems. I tried playing it on my Desktop and the throttle sticks, but only sometimes. I'm not really sure why. Also I have 13 hrs in and the "play for 10 hours" achievement hasn't unlocked yet if that kind of thing bothers you. The throttle sticking though, that's a big one as precise throttle control is a must. Edit: the "play for 10 hrs achievement" finally popped up around 14 hrs of gametime.

Totally awesome game. Love the physics of the crawling and but still love how "arcady" it is. My son and I both love our RC crawlers and this is just another fun truck thing for us to enjoy. [strike] Would love some actual textures and environments over simple polygons but I guess that's what keeps it arcady.[/strike] I completely missed "Classic mode 2" which does include much more terrain based missions. I will say these are very fun and much more challenging! Side note: the final unlockable truck is insane!
