This game has a lot of potential but it was never - and will never be - fully realised. As far as I can tell support for this game has been non-existent for years, which would be fine if it still didn't feel like an early access game nearly 2 years later. As far as I can tell, since this game's release the devs have made a whole other VR title and have two more on the way. And this game clearly paid a price to make this happen. Honestly, it feels like an overpriced mobile game (and extremely unfinished), which super duper sucks because I genuinely like the bones of it. This game feels great to play, its easy to learn yet hard to master, it has crossplay with Quest, Trackmania style multiplayer (and leaderboard) AND realtime mp races WITH VC! Honestly really impressive for what (I assume) is a small VR studio. BUT, once you start getting into it you begin to notice all the corners that have been cut to make this happen. Map design and variety: There are just not that many maps in this game. Half of them are just the first maps played in reverse. Additionally, while they are all visually great, they do not all feel good to play. Most of them are extremely claustrophobic an…

There's no way to laterally calibrate your seat, so if you have a larger room-scale space with your desk/chair off to one side you NEED to move it to the middle because the game only offers vertical and forward/back calibration. It assumes the left/right centre of the space is correct... It doesn't work well on vive interfaces at all. The tutorial and in-game controllers are all modelled after the quest's. You need to figure out that "X" is up on the left pad, that clicking the right stick is grip or something. The worst of it is that the hand orientation is completely wrong; you need to twist your right arm outward to get the ship to simply remain level. It's very bizarre, because it the ships dont take input unless you're gripped, and the tutorial even says "let go of the stick so you don't lose control", but the race starts out with your ship in a tumble. This [difference between expected quest hand orientation and real vive layout] would be fine if it used relative input, id est upon taking grip any motion from that point be taken by the ship, but even though it uses this grip functionality it works via an absolute system...meaning you have to[/…

I was excited originally because I thought it was a VR version of Wipeout, but it's more like Aircar in tunnels with opponents. I still recommend. More detail: -The game has some problems but lots of character. Runs fast. -The car flies in zero-gravity and a vacuum like Aircar. -Depth perception helps to judge corners, but there's little sense of speed because turning ability, wind sound, scrape sounds, etc don't change depending on speed. -The weight of the car (momentum) builds with speed. -Can make you crazy balance-sick if you don't keep looking straight ahead and flying fast. -Worldwide leaderboard with asynchronous multiplayer is a good idea for realistic opponents. -Missing a single player campaign with race cash and vehicle upgrades. -Mostly a 'play once' experience.

Honestly, while the concept is unique, my standing on this game is very mixed. - Only 1 car, you can change colors but that is it. - occasionally the maps can be awkward and unfun, with very dark areas or just awkward turns. This is especially apparent on Shipyard, which is by far the toughest map to get bronze+ in. Some maps just have a ton of clonky turns past square objects that kept me driving slow. + some of the maps where extremely fun, mainly the tube-shaped maps, the open driving and curved turns make for very fun driving. - no reason to tilt, rolling your car does nothing of note, and therefore is actually a detriment, as it can disorient you during the race. This kind of sucks as a big part of the game is the fact you can tilt freely, you arent just limited to being upright. = the soundtrack is ok for the most part. - This game is expensive, at about 3$ per hour. + The leaderboard system is actually really nice, i enjoy climbing the ranks. + The ghost system is also really solid, it is awesome how all ghosts are catalogued so no matter what skill level you are, you will always be matches against difficult opponents. + Driving feels super clean, the brakes work, …

Great concept, sadly I don't really like the controls or how the ships handle.
