- Screen the visitors dying to get off the planet and more than willing to risk being turned into canned food, incinerated or hired as one of the factory’s employees. The pros and cons of each fate are debatable.
- Manage the factory floor, construct new facilities and upgrade the research center. Resources are finite, so try to make sure things don’t fall apart before the ship takes off.
- Hire staff with unique quirks, fears and prejudices. Promote hard workers and keep them pampered with improved amenities. As for the lazy ones…they get sent to a special room in the darkest corner of the factory.
- Juggle orders from competing organizations and be sure to meet your weekly quota to keep the higher-ups happy. Remember – you are alive as long as you are useful.

Really wanted to like this and it has a lot of potential. The aestetic and idea is very fun and it could be a good game one day with enough polish. I was on the fence on weather or not to recommend the game. But in the end the finicky controls and an unwinnable quest that sealed the deal for me. (tho i'd be happy to be wrong about [spoiler: the fertilizer quest for the socialist faction's greenehouse being impossible]) Generally speaking, the story is very cute, despite the common typos. But the consequences for the different faction quests are very minimal for most of the game. I think I probably got the generic "good?" ending which seems pretty normal. On my second go I had a better grasp on how factions work and did enjoy the changes that happen in the last week of the game. If i hadn't been locked out of getting my desired ending by the quest design, I might have recommended the game despite it's flaws. The checkpoint gameplay is pretty good. The time pressure is definitely there. And it's interested and varied enough to keep being entertaining. It's also a learnable skill, as I was a lot better at meeting quotas my second time around. This is more of a management game than an inspection game, I was expecting more inspection going into the game considering the game title and early demos but it ended up being mostly assigning staff to places and balancing stats. It's still pretty fun, some of the tasks are just too convoluted, I ended up misunderstanding them and failing which wasn't so fun.
An uninteresting premise, followed by boring gameplay and on the nose humor.

this game is hard and it is actively working against you to play. in multiple situations where you should advance (building the ark) it forces you to close down key points of the game to not be able to advanced right before the commitee discards you. dont play this trash
