masterpiece (my paintings)1 found this helpful
This has easily become one of my favourite games! While I haven't played the first game, this has convinced me to check it out after I 100% this. The ONLY thing I wish this game had was the ability to zoom in on what you are painting. And, quite honestly, it's a miracle that my laptop is capable of running this.1 found this helpful
Currently I've played this game total 9 hours. Is this game fun? Yes. BUT the bugs makes me unhappy and frustrating. there is two bugs I encountered and they are mostly makes game unplayable. First, infinite loading. occurring: seemingly random. I encountered it first time was when I was save and quit to the main menu yesterday; and second time was today, when I was launch the game. Second, Toolbox stuck bug. Occurring: random, seemingly often. I encountered this today, two times, when I interact with the toolbox in studio, game did not freeze, but I cannot do anything but forcely close the game(Alt+F4). save and quit? doesn't work because it doesn't show up. Why is this is so big things to makes me post negative review? because, this two bugs had been mentioned(Infinite Loading was on the steam discuss page, Toolbox bug was on their official discord.) in 2023, and now it's 2026. After 2024 November there was seems no bug fixes, so I'm giving it negative review. Please NOT misread. Game does fun, but the bugs are making it unfun. Therefore I don't recommend this game unless you are a very patient person being.
Touchscreen doesn't work, the only way you can play is with a drawing tablet but a fun game
Bought for nostalgia, played to make abominations of art in this game. Its perfect.
So relaxing and fun. I wasn't sure if I'd like this game when I initially bought it since I'm not that great at art (yet) - but the mini tasks are so fun and let you turn your brain off and just create for the sake of creating. It's helping me get my confidence back to make things even if they're bad but to have fun no matter what. Highly recommend!
