This game is great. I have only played this game for a couple of hours, but it's everything I've been looking for. I've been in the military and I've dabbled in policing. This game allows you to plan your course of action strategically, or you can just have fun guns a blazing. The room clearing techniques are practical and the ai doesn't seem to be too bad. They'll retreat until they have an advantage, they'll rush after you if they only have melee equipment affording you seconds to react. The field of vision is great. There is a visual cone that is your sightline, so even though it's top down, you can't see what's behind a wall because your vision is blocked. You cant see what's behind the door because it's closed and breaking the line of sight. You can open the door and pie the room, run the rabbit inside, and seek cover. It's just awesome and there are so few games out like this. You can play this game like Door Kickers, or you can control your character and clear rooms in real time at your control. it's a short game, but a fun game. If you enjoy yourself some SWAT gameplay & don't mind the transition to a top-down viewpoint, it's a great game to get
It's not that expensive (or it wasn't when we got it on sale) which is a good thing because you're probably only going to get 6-10 hours out of this game max depending on if you want to beat it or 100% it. Still it was fun and for what it cost I recommend it.
