About Planetary Life
From an uninhabited planet in space to an ecosystem full of life.
In Planetary Life you will be able to shape a planet in the purest Sandbox Simulation style, playing with its mountains, seas and even its climate, to create the perfect habitat to harbor life.
Control a planet with the multiple tools available. Let the tectonic plates shape the mountains and seas, modify the climate, the heat of the nucleus, the volcanic activity, the gases of the atmosphere, etc... until shaping the home of your creatures.
Add creatures and evolve them from simple organisms to intelligent beings. Design and expand them looking for the balance of a perfect ecosystem.
Help them or let them fight for survival on their own.
Create new life forms combining different types of cells. From single cells and multicellular life, to macroscopic creatures and plants.
Change core heat and volcanic activity to shape your planet terrain through volcanoes.
Manipulate rainfalls, cloud and surface albedo to change the climate.
Build ecosystems. Maintain the balance between fauna and flora. Do not let them break the harmony and avoid the extinction of species.
You can walk around and see from a first-person point of view your planet and your creations.
This feature is still not available in Early Access, it will come in a major update soon!
When your creatures reach sufficient intelligence they will organize themselves into tribes and later flourish into civilizations. Manage and help them in the battle for technology to conquer the planet.

I had to refund too.. it just didn't work out for me. The frequency of natural disasters was way to high and there frequently was a "ok, i... don't understand how i can further influence anything to progress"-feeling. (e.g. how do i get the moister level to high on non-water areas? I still haven't figured it out. Raining doesn't do anything and slowly.. very slowly.. building up a forest close to the water didn't do it either. Well, i think i check back once it has been out for a bit longer (maybe in a year). //EDIT so i didnt refund it because my girlfriend wanted to play it as well and its only 12€ so... thats fine. Her thoughts are fairly close to mine tho.. she added the there is barely any depth and that the game quickly ends in a boring repetition state.1 found this helpful
I placed carnivorous and herbivorous fish in the ocean, and left to work on another planet in the system. When I came back, the herbivorous fish had evolved to become amphibious to avoid their predators still stuck in the water. The carnivores died out, slowly eating the remains of their elders. Very weird, but very fun. Also I think I made purple elephant crocodiles and dinosaurs co-exist peacefully1 found this helpful
pretty good game like spore but instead of being a little guy your god while writing this the civ update isnt finished or released yet so im sure thatll be way better then the game currently
Cool game, I'd really like to see niche partitioning to allow for higher biodiversity
Souls-like this souls-like that what about a spores-like. It's an awesome game would recommend.
i really like the game but now everytime i open the game the words and numbers now became box shaped, not sure if it's a glitch but could it please be fixed? thank you in advance.
