Wish I got to play more of this game. Also I would rather have had planetside 39 found this helpful
Actually a fun game closed down in less than 1 month after launch. On the flip side this was much needed money wasted that could've been spent on Planetside 2 fixing the bugs and gameplay issues. Very disappointing move from Daybreak Games.2 found this helpful
was ok but shortlived battleroyale with HUGE squads Rip2 found this helpful
https://youtu.be/k1opJ2L8h28 Completely defunct there is no way to access this game in it's current abandoned state.
this game was allot more fun than anything i;ve ever experienced in planetside 1 & 2.... it has it's own niche and appeal to it and good for the die-hard fans of the franchise for sticking with it.... but planetside is absolutely boring af after about 2 weeks... this game however was an immense amount of fun! held its own as a BR with interesting game systems and mechanics!... but the very die-hards i just mentioned are the reason this game died... all the goofy planetside cry babies review bombed this game into the ground because they were upset about the franchise experimenting and innovating in a new space, and we all know what happens when the try hard cry babies get a hold of a games reviews... you'll see reviews claiming this small project was the reason the franchise died but it's pretty obvious the toxic community is the reason the franchise died, and that same community squashed their attempt at breaking the mold that clearly wasn't succeeding lol as if a planetside 3 would have garnered any more people who ignored 1 and 2 is moronic... but again the die-hards won't admit that... RIP planetside arena... aka the only good planetside game
It is sad this game died while taking away design time from PS2
