PoligonVR is a powerful community driven sandbox where we give you the necessary tools to turn your dreams into virtual reality.
Our goal is to provide a safe, fun & exciting experience for everyone. You can explore the user generated content, have a chat with your friends or watch a movie together! The choice is yours at any time.
We provide a way to seamlessly switch between VR & Desktop mode quickly without having to restart the game. This allows you to test something in VR or need to take a quick VR break without having to shut everything down.
We want to shape this platform based on your feedback so we can deliver the best experience for you.
With our Unity based Content Creation Kit (CCK) you can easily upload and manage your content.
We designed the CCK to be both powerful and easy to use for anyone.
For custom content, PoligonVR utilizes "Single-pass instanced rendering" which provides VR performance benefits compared to the traditional "Multi-pass rendering".
We provide a safe, high performant scripting solution we call "P#".
With P#, you can create complex worlds where you are in control of the world logic. Within our CCK we provide examples of common world logics such as buttons, video players and much more. Because they are powered by P#, you can modify & tweak the provided examples to your needs at any given time.
Experience super immersive audio with Steam Audio.
We allow world creators to integrate Steam Audio directly into their worlds & the voice chat to provide a realistic and immersive experience.
You can upload your own custom avatars, or try out public avatars created by others or ask a friend to share their avatar with you!

this game deserves a massive community the biggest thing for me is performance. The FPS in PoligonVR is way better and much more stable, and it doesn’t sacrifice graphics to achieve that and it has a lot of potential The only thing it really needs right now is more players, because the concept and foundation are honestly solid2 found this helpful
Controllers couldn't be detected by the game at all. (They were 100% working in the steam overlay screen just fine) Desktop mode was very jittery and slow loading for such a simple world. Huge rip of Vrchat with lack of credit to Vrchat themselves. Found this when Vrchat's servers went down. Its EXACTLY like Vrchat but bootleg.2 found this helpful

vrc knockoff but better
OK so my recommendation is not a yes it's a maybe so on this game I'm going to get my honest review how it looks and how it acts and everything so honestly this is going to be a confusing review for me community 0 out of 10 (it's very dead) world hopping and avatars 5 out of 10 (I get disconnected from my home world every time) avatar upload 0 out of 10 (what the heck am I supposed to even do) community guides 0 out of 10 staff team 2 out of 10 so this is my honest review on this game I know it says 15 minutes so I gave it an honest chance and it's not going to be as a competitor between VRC and chill out VR but I'm sorry if you don't like what I say here the staff team are not that talkative and the community is very dead and to be fair the world hopping and avatars I I keep getting disconnected from my home world in that game so now the avatar thing which makes me disappointed there is not many at all more or less there's only like 5 or 6 I get it it's probably a new game if this does change later on it does change but I do not think this will change I've heard good stories and bad stories about this game we will see what happens anyways final review is only 7 out of 10…
