Sometimes I feel like punching my screen while I'm playing. Mostly when my character fails three 80% abilities in a F***ING row. But rage keeps me playing. Would recommend, just to see friends seethe.4 found this helpful
A promising indie gem that needs polish I've played through the game with every character and I really appreciate the difference between them. The core mechanics are solid, however, there are quite a few things that make the experience frustrating at times. Many skills are difficult to use effectively without specific synergies, and the game would benefit greatly from giving more weight to skills based on synergies that the player already has (tagging skills works great for this). Right now, the balance feels off; most skills are underwhelming. There are also numerous bugs and inconsistencies. Some skills affect all enemies but don’t say so (at times this makes the enemy do more damage) others are supposed to hit randomly but don’t. A few relics don’t do what their descriptions claim, and even small mistakes can cost you the entire run. For example, I used a skill to clear debuffs but the boss’s amnesia effect was not cleared even if my character did remove it from the bar my skills were disabled. I managed to win a run, but I lost several others due to misleading or inaccurate information, which is discouraging. Finally, the pacing could be improved with a speed multiplier, o…1 found this helpful
First impressions of the game makes me excited for it's development. A few translation errors here and there but can understand the overall meaning. 1 thing I would like to see changed tho,
the "Amnesia skill" of the last boss should be changed. There is an option to build a character based on having only 2 skills. Amnesia makes that build completely unplayable. Suggestion would be to either: 1. Make the skill cancel either 1 random skill or half the character's skill at random. 2. Disable 2 or 3 random skill slots and allow characters to move skills around to try and have some efficiency.
Other than that, game is pretty fun so far. Really enjoying the equip mechanic and being able to mess around with different synergies. 6/10 in it's current state. Can probably be a solid 8 with developments and improvements.
Quite nice, once you get good synergies.
It's frustrating at times, but addictive. It has interesting synergies to exploit, and the skill-ordering mechanics strike me as original.
Its not bad. Ive got no BGM, which Im not sure is a me thing or not. Try the demo, if you enjoy that youll like the game.
