About Proceed to ICU
You are the new triage officer. An unexpected job offer brings you to this hospital, once famed for curing terminal illnesses but now eerily quiet. Your task seems simple: read the daily reports and direct patients and visitors to the correct departments according to the Triage Officer's Manual. However, you soon realize the rules here... don't seem right. The seven-day countdown begins now. From the moment you take your seat at the triage desk, a seven-day probation period starts. Each day, you'll encounter distinct individuals: the conflicted director struggling to maintain order, a bumbling detective investigating incidents, an idealistic new doctor, and a mysterious thief waiting for an opportunity. Through your interactions, you'll gather fragments of information and clues. Will you trust, use, or oppose them? Your choices directly determine how much of the secret you uncover, and who will stand by your side—or turn their blade against you.Every choice writes the one and only truth. All stories in the game unfold through the text and options before you. You will decide:
- Where to send the critically ill old man with no visitors?
- Whether to accept the detective's private investigation request?
- When the doctor asks for help, do you dive into danger or prioritize your own safety?
- Will you use the thief to obtain those strictly forbidden "items"?
- Immersive Rules-Based Horror: Discover deeply unsettling anomalies within seemingly routine regulations, and experience the terror of your perception being gradually eroded.
- Narrative Freedom: Every choice you make is crucial, weaving your unique story thread and leading to vastly different endings.
- Complex Character Relationships: Interact with four key characters. Your decisions profoundly affect their attitudes and fates, unlocking completely different story paths.
- Atmosphere-Driven Psychological Horror: Layers of suspense, moral dilemmas, and unspeakable settings deliver a persistent sense of dread.
