Puzzle Puppers is alright, I like the simplicity of the controls and objectives. You use a mouse to stretch the dog towards its bowl, 3 stars can be earned if you manage to feed it all the meat too. There are 80 levels with various difficulty levels. You start with one dog and simple terrain but you will have more dogs and obstacles to deal with the further you get. It does get tiring and a bit annoying after a while. The levels become more complex by relying on trial and error. What makes this worse is it being very easy to misclick and destroy your own progress. Not having an undo button to fix a mistake is a big missed opportunity. I didn’t mind using a guide for the last few puzzles because I was done and ready to move on by that point. The game can still be worth a purchase on sale. Its systems work as you would expect and it looks pretty cute. But I can’t deny hoping for more than what I ended up getting. It took me around 3 hours to get all the achievements. You need to get 3 stars on a few specific levels to get 100%1 found this helpful
This is a very unique puzzle game with a perfect difficulty curve. You start out feeling real smart, then by the end you figure you should check yourself into doggy daycare because real human school is for people with brains, and by level 80 we feel like big stupid dummies!
Similar type of game as Flow Free, Lines, and Linedoku. I beat every puzzle in less than two hours. Despite being a short game, it was an absolute delight. The only downside is the puzzles with many holes in them... There should be a way to map which hole corresponds where. Otherwise you need to screenshot and label them yourself. It's really the only inconvenience and shouldn't dissuade you from playing.
A cute puzzle game where you're exceptionally long dogs who want to get to their delicious nom noms. It's cute.
