Raccoo Venture is a fun 3D platformer that brings the nostalgia from 1990s in a playful and puzzle-filled world.
Defeat multiple enemies and challenges, find new outfits to customize the hero, discover new friends who will help you on this journey to recover the holy relics.
Discover your true destiny through a journey full of magic and secrets. Save Verta's Harmony and prevent chaos from returning to the land. But be careful! Many puzzles and enemies will cross your path.
In the beginning, the world was made of chaos. Creatures born from nature's disturb dominated the whole land of Verta and fed of disorder.
Then came the Guardians, who united their powers and created a sacred relic, so powerful that it was able to contain the unpredictable forces of chaos, bringing balance to the world. The creatures were contained, Verta became fertile and all animals could live in harmony.
This relic was made by equal fractions of goodness and wickedness, and to not fall into the evil hands, the Guardians divided it into small pieces and hid it in the middle of the forest. From this day on we have never heard about the Guardians again and they have become a legend.
Years later, creatures known as Tattooed Tatus have found the relic and the balance of the world now is in great danger.
Only the sole heir from the power of the Guardians is able to prevent that from happening.

Raccoo Venture is an absolutely brilliant game! It reminds me of Super Mario Galaxy with that sense of being just a little bit hard at times, followed by a little dopamine pop of accomplishment. The art work is lovely and the level design is ingenious at times. Even though Raccoo is a new and unknown character, I'll buy every DLC, sequel or game that Diego Ras puts out. I'm stunned to think that Diego Ras is the lone developer. Imagine if there were 10 of him working on one game. Diego has a bright future and it will be fun to follow his career.5 found this helpful

holy moly guys you gotta check this soundtrack the game is nice, good controls, interesting puzzles and challenges, most of the saci puzzles are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ but they're optional, there's at least one fun minigame but guys the soundtrack omg2 found this helpful
At first I was salty at this game because I prefer playing with m/k over anything else, and while Raccoo Venture allows you to, unlike some platformers, m/k really isn't the best for iso or fixed camera angles. But I eventually got over my own ass and tried with a controller and MAN this game is great. Mechanics are extremely simple with just a jump and a butt slam really. Everything else is just great level design and interactables. I felt like the dev really rewarded curiosity and exploration. Seems like most of the time I was like "Hmm, wonder if I do this here" I was rewarded in some way, from small things like extra coins all the way to necessary puzzle pieces and fun costumes. The level design is the star. Like I mentioned, I prefer fully 3d platformers, but some of these, in fact most of these secrets, are only possible because of the fixed camera. There's also really interesting and obtuse things that are absolutely not necessary but once you notice them and implement them going forward it really opens up. Definitely going to try to get 100% on this one. So glad I went back and tried with a controller.1 found this helpful
a fairly fun platformer with some good ideas, easy to finish game, fun collectables though some are hidden in certain ways where there isn't an indication for what you should do. would reccoomend still
A lighthearted platformer about a silly adorable goober the raccoon. I've been watching this game back in 2019 when it was still in early development, and I was expecting something like I saw back then but... I've got so much more. So much better. The soundtrack is breathtaking and the style is adorable, I want to hug the protagonist so much. And it runs surprisingly well on Linux! And the soundtrack has lossless options.
