Rage of the Dragons NEO revives the 2002 tag-team fighter from Noise Factory. It began as a sequel to the Neo Geo Double Dragon game before becoming a tribute, with Billy and Jimmy clearly inspired by the Lee brothers. The fast 2D combat, smooth animation, and impressive visuals still make it a quality fighter. It’s great to see this obscure brawler on modern systems, but it's presentation and limited modes are a bit disappointing. Fun as it is to revisit, it mostly makes you wish for a modern release of the original Neo Geo Double Dragon game, which is far more enjoyable.2 found this helpful
