Welcome to the world of Rainbow High. We’re all about letting our true colors shine through creativity, fashion, and friendship. If you can make it through Rainbow High, you can make it through anything.
RING! “A huge announcement in the Runway Classroom. Could all first-year students report to room 112. I repeat, a huge announcement in the Runway Classroom 112!”

Play as Ruby, Poppy, Sunny, Jade, Skyler, and Violet.

It looks like you’ve just got your first art assignment - the theme is ‘Everything is Art’. Play as your favorite Rainbow High character, Ruby, Poppy, Sunny, Jade, Skyler and Violet. Use their unique talents and work together to present your best work to date. The team with the best idea will be awarded the chance to plan a major school project. It’s time to transform creative struggles into creative brilliance.

Discover the classrooms, the student’s bedrooms, Rainbow Union, and more.

There are so many places at Rainbow High to find inspiration for our first assignment. Take a tour around the school. Start in the Atrium and check out the majestic unicorn, then catch up on the latest tea with the students in the common rooms. Explore the Residence Corridors, and swing by Sunny’s bedroom as you make your way to the Student Lounge, where you can play video games or take some great selfies. Head over to the Rainbow Union, up to the first floor to find fun materials in the Fabric Studio, and more.

Find clues, collect rainbow diamonds, and unlock the coolest outfits.

As you work on your assignment, collect rainbow diamonds, and find clues along the way to help you open the rainbow lockers. And use each character’s unique talents to unlock the coolest outfits whilst you help your friends in their creative quests.

Share your unique talents with them and complete your first assignment.

This project will get #intense and test friendships at times. Help the BFFs come together and overcome their differences. You can do this!
Played on a Steamdeck Half of this playtime I left my pc idle by accident, I played maybe a total of 3 hours. @MatureContent
I don't know this franchise, but I hope it failed. This franchise is some kind of Bratz / Monster High clone, but judging from the very simple and poor writing, it must be made for a younger audience than either of those games. The story is yet again all about fashion but compared to e.g. a franchise like Monster High which has some cool characters with creative colorful outfits, the character design here is just uninspiring and dull. No one with just the slightest understanding in good fashion would look at these models thinking they dress nicely. Every character is following a single color theme, like they all suffer from monomania and when they stand together in a group they look like an RGB gradient. The animations and character models also look and feel very stiff, like they are actually made of plastic, this gets emphasised even more by the sound it makes when they run, which sounds like horses hooves. The gameplay is also just a boring and partially annoying experience. …10 found this helpful
First, in no way do I believe this game is worth $40.00. It's worth it if you can get it cheaper and are a major Rainbow High fan like myself. Now onto the game itself. It's fun and easy, you explore the school and complete tasks for friends and your fashion projects. It is repetitive, but nothing terrible and I expected it to be like that. The mini games are ok, nothing special but some are fun. As someone who loves the dolls and cartoon, it was really cool to be able to walk around the school and see all the items in it. Tbh if you ever played "Monster High Ghoul Spirit" and liked it, this is a better version of that. I only wish you could have created your own character, though it was fun to play as the rainbow girls, but Amaya and Bella are missing from the main story sadly. I haven't gotten to the free play yet, so I don't know if any more characters will be included. It's just weird to me that they included Colin but not River or Aiden, considering they made dolls of them but not Colin or Emerald... I also wish there was a dress up option. You can change the girls clothes but there's only 3 set outfits, no mixing and matching, which is a missed opportunity given this is based…4 found this helpful
This game is short but it has amazing mini-games and an enticing storyline. I really enjoyed helping out all the students during Fashion Week crunchtime. I can not recommend this game enough to people under the age of 82 found this helpful
Rainbow High Runway Rush could have been an email. Nintendo DS/Wii girl slop type game, but worse! The DS had an excuse. This is outrageous lmfao. I was nostalgia baited and desperate since so many titles in the genre have been delisted. Addictingly bad. What I really hated was half the rooms and floors could not be explored. For characters that live our dream school life on campus in swanky ass dorms, this is bare bones asf. Rainbow High doesn't give. It takes.
