From the creators of The Picture of Café au lait, AstralSeal presents their third original visual novel – Re:Fragment ~Absolute Ambition~. In this game, there is a unique school where everyone can vote on proposals, and the ideas that receive the majority of votes become new rules.
Kusaka Yuuma, the main protagonist, is the treasurer of the student council. He works alongside his childhood friend Kuromiya Reika, the popular and respected student council president. She is a ray of sunshine that commands the attention of people wherever she goes.
Yuuma lives a tranquil student life, blissfully unaware of the storm brewing on the horizon. That is, until Reika unveils a new controversial policy that sparks widespread debate. Disrupting their lives and turning their world upside down, changing everything they once knew forever.
This is the story of ambitious teenagers confronted with a reality far removed from their expectations. Will they be able to navigate a life that sabotages them at every turn? It all depends on “you”.

Within this experimental environment where democratic ideals and youthful relationships intermingle, Yuuma, the treasurer, clashes with his childhood friend Reika Kurokami, now the student council president, and the order gradually begins to waver. The presence of very charming heroines makes reading truly delightful. Reika appears to be a perfect leader, yet she carries ambition and anxiety, swaying between duty and personal feelings. Yuno, the gacha-addicted reclusive younger sister, seems decadent on the surface but shows fragility and unexpected kindness through the story. Maya, the caring senior, supports the others while bearing responsibility and secrets, troubled by her own limits. Other characters also hold firm choices and positions in a world bound by rules, making them likable. The reading time is about 7~8 hours, with multiple after-stories included after the endings. I think this game is really well-made. The storytelling, which mainly revolves around the student council, is the heart of the game and I genuinely enjoyed it. I loved the core concept and how the characters face and handle various problems. Reika and the student council manage everything really well, and there's a nice light rom-com vibe too. The funny scenes and sweet moments are both charming and well-executed. My only small complaint is that no matter which choices you make, the story still follows almost the exact same path. However, I really love the character designs — they're excellent. The voice acting and visuals are also outstanding. The story never felt boring to me at all. All in all, it's a very good game and definitely worth the price.
