As has already been pointed out, this game is clearly inspired by Forward: Escape but adds enough new twists and interesting unlockables that it's become its own thing.4 found this helpful
Game is immensely frustrating. The game hinges around stat checking the enemies basically, so there's very little incentive to fight trash mobs (because they only drop gold) and instead you want to path into as many artifacts, chests, and mana along the way. Most trash mobs as well will just L + Ratio you like three seconds into your run, especially if you're unlucky. And this brings me to my biggest pain point besides the lack of overall depth of the game. THE MISS CHANCE?? Why, in a game about beating your enemies over the head with bigger numbers, do you have a chance to miss an attack and blow your entire run?? It's insane how many 1 minute runs you will have because you miss on an enemy or the boss, even if you should kill them in a swing or two. I did eventually manage to clear a run, but the game asks for a Dead Cells esque playstyle where you interface with enemies as little as possible(because they will just kill you) while you pick up upgrades to stay healthy enough to kill the boss. Not my cup of tea. Besides the tuning/balance patch the game needs, I would like to be able to speed up/click through the post-round screen, given how fast runs can be in this game I wo…1 found this helpful
