Okay, so I do enjoy the game. At first. After about 30-45 minutes, not so much. Extremely repetitive and grinding is the name of the game. I have nearly 2 hours in this game, and only have two surgery types. I need so many skill points to unlock the rest, yet earning said skill points takes forever. I could not find a way to expand my store or sell old/smaller shelves, so space is extremely limited and thus makes earning cash to allow me to purchase licenses to sell better, more expensive products, also takes a while. I definitely think the game has potential. Needs some more things worked out and expanded on and I would highly recommend this game. But as of the current state on 12/2/2025, I cannot recommend this game.6 found this helpful
