About Rogue Worlds
Rogue Worlds is a roguelite platformer where you use the environment and creative abilities to overcome challenges. You'll need planning, wits and reflexes to make a way through these ever-changing death labyrinths. The game provides a free (lite) edition of Aura of Worlds, with a shorter campaign and shared progress.
Explore strange biomes, escape flooding poison, outwit gargantuan bosses. Do you play defensively with a repeater and energy shield, or swing into the fray with a boomerang and grapple hook? Do you scour the levels for potions and runes; or dive headfirst into the chaos?
Along the way, unlock starting gear options, shortcuts, character perks, pets, and more. The friends you rescue on your journey will help you. Each procedurally generated run presents new hazards, layouts, and tactical decisions. You can further customize your build with runes, and gear modifiers that synergize in a myriad of ways. Veterans can push their limits by disabling perks or cranking up the difficulty for greater challenges—and greater rewards.

The game seems entertaining enough, but it is a demo masquerading as a full game. I do not appreciate being misled. Edit: In the interest of fairness, it does appear that the description of the game does specify that this game is a lite version of Aura of Worlds, both at the end of the first paragraph and at the end of the description. That being said, it is easy to miss a single line - giving a demo a different title rather than just naming it "Aura of Worlds Demo" or "Aura of Worlds Lite" invites this kind of misunderstanding and if I'm being entirely honest that feels intentional.14 found this helpful
This game is fun and addictive, and I'm excited to see that they've added more quick-slots and other content in the recent update! Keep up the good work!! Next time I get a few extra bucks I will definitely be buying Aura of Worlds, the premium version.3 found this helpful
Why don't they let the player choose the loadout at the start? Aside from that it's good.1 found this helpful
No matter what the devs say. This is not a good inde game that is free. This is a demo masquerading as a full game.
Pretty cool free roguelike. Kind of the Spelunky for the poor.
Quite a fun game, but why in the name of the three moons is it labeled as a metroidvania. Its not.
