Not very fun. The blackjack aspect is very barebones and lacks any of the gambling elements to it, and the game itself feels too... forgiving? You die once, you get a free restart. Then if you die for real, you can just... go back to the floor you died on instantly. Weapon variety is very lacking, and there's no class selection. Certain weapons do extra damage if you are a specific class, but since there is no way to select one it doesn't really matter at all. Since you can basically always see the cards you draw, it just becomes a counting game rather than something with risk/reward. It just feels like an alpha to a game, not a full release. There's an idea here, but i wouldn't play this for more than the thirty minutes it took to get the gist of it and do a few attempts.

Combat is resolved through Blackjack-inspired battles where players must carefully manage risk, balance their hands, and make decisions that can determine the outcome of an entire run. The familiar objective of reaching a value close to twenty-one without exceeding it remains intact, but RogueJack introduces additional layers that make each encounter more strategic than a standard card game. Enemy behavior…

Great game. I enjoy the mechanics, a roguelike with blackjack is a good fit for the genre.
