Developed and published by Vansonstudio, the game builds its entire combat system around a standard deck of playing cards, transforming familiar poker hands into offensive tools against monsters lurking in a dangerous, ever-shifting dungeon. Rather than relying on traditional weapons or spells, success depends on your understanding of card combinations, probability, and risk management, giving the game a distinctly cerebral identity. At the core of the experience is the poker-based combat system. Each encounter challenges you to form the strongest possible hand from the cards available, with combinations like straights, flushes, and full houses translating directly into damage dealt to enemies. Deciding which cards to keep, which to discard, and when to redraw becomes a constant balancing act, especially as tougher enemies demand higher damage output. I tried to play this, but despite choosing English from the language menu, much of the dialogue and text wasn't english, and so it was hard to work out what was going on. The game appeared to have potential, but really needs a little more work on this element to make it easier to continue with.
