Roller's Escape

The game's simplistic pixelated artstyle is cute, but makes it surprisingly difficult to see the edges of obstacles. The game is difficult to control, and overall just wasn't fun.

"Roller's Escape" is a poorly made mobile/Flash tier puzzle game with two phases... first, you "roll" a cube to an exit to make a path, then you use wonky, badly done game physics to roll back as a ball to get back to where you started... and based on the player counts, it seems like everyone clearly understood it's much quicker if you don't make that journey at all. While I couldn't find this on the mobile app stores, everything about it looks and feels like it's a mobile app designed for mobile phones... for PC gaming enthusiasts, it's not going to give you a cutting edge PC gaming experience. That alone is enough to disqualify this from any recommendation. We don't spend thousands building gaming rigs so that we can pretend they're iPhones and play iPhone games and mobile apps. The graphics here are particularly awful, so bad that it actually stands out as one of the worst looking games on Steam.
