Extremely tedious and boring, You're just replaying the game about 100 times back to back but with one extra feature added each time. And the sandbox mode isn't anymore fun. 1/10 not worth it even for the achievements.2 found this helpful

Its more of a strategy type game rather than city simulation. The campaign is very short and simple, but some stages can be a little tricky.
