About S. Prysm Destroyer
S. Prysm Destroyer is a 2.5d platformer anime action highscore game with contra-style gameplay where you control a 28 meter tall robot in order to destroy animal shaped robot monsters with the help of upgrades and special powers based on elements and colors.
They have been roaming the once occupied human cities for a long time and forced people to live in walking domes.
Exterminate them all and regain freedom.
Primal sources of energy and power leaved by rich comets, Prysm Destroyer was made to use them to its full potential giving you great special powers for a limited amount of time. They also look very cool!
The better you play, the more score you’ll get and more cute costumes for Amor you’ll unlock. Costumes such as maid, bunny girl and gothic lolita and more!

A cute girl that fell in love with a boy whose passion was constructing robots. She was rather normal in her own way but after a tragic event it seems like she acts as if she does not have any emotions anymore.
Whenever she enters Prysm Destroyer, her left eye color turns blue.
Amor loves hear punk rock music, her favorite food is chicken with fries and her fashion color choice is pink. She seems to be very affectionate with her jacket.

A robot. A SUPER robot, as some would say. It was a project made by Chitzu, inspired by those cool mecha animes. He was made out of scrap and made as if he was a legendary warrior.
It was given two stamps:
-The left one, an orange S meaning SUPER. Its Chitzu logo, the seal of quality
-The right one, given by Amor. Its the logo of her favorite rock band, Lovely Killers ON STAGE.

He is not playable in the game.
Maybe he is a genius or just a stupid guy with big dreams. Either way, what he has achieved is not really normal for a normal boy. He once had a dream of being free and walk around the planet with no one stopping him. Honestly it’s just an excuse to create cool robots.
Chitzu was always wearing the jacket once gave by his mother.
After his death, his creation has been acting more different and harsh in combat, the reasons are unknown.
We would like to thank the developers for providing us with a free copy for reviewing purposes
S. Prysm Destroyer is a very basic Contra-like platformer with an anime aesthetic, which is not a bad thing actually. Sometimes being a simple game and being fun is all that matters, and the game is fun, I really did enjoy it, more so than I thought. It does have a few unique things that make it stand out from Contra, which I liked. First 20 Minutes Gameplay Here So, here we have a generic side-scroller. It’s almost too generic, to be honest. I’m not saying it’s bad. I mean, I’ve played it, and I still pick it up from time to time. But I really wish there were more levels. I think there are about 4–5 levels, and the only thing that changes is the color of the robots (different colors mean tougher opponents). The level designs, however, remain the same. On the one hand, it’s great because you can easily learn the layout of each level. On the other hand, it kills the joy after a while. Considering the responsiveness and the not-too-bland playstyle, I’m going to give it a "maybe" thumbs up.1 found this helpful
S. Prysm Destroyer, developed and published by MaidsWithGuns, is a fast-paced arcade run-and-gun shooter that wears its retro inspirations proudly while injecting them with a bold anime aesthetic and a distinctly modern sense of spectacle. At its heart, the game is built around classic principles of arcade design: quick restarts, aggressive enemy waves, score chasing, and a strong emphasis on mastery through repetition. Rather than offering a sprawling campaign or narrative-heavy structure, it delivers a tightly focused experience that rewards precision, movement, and confidence, making it immediately appealing to players who enjoy high-intensity action games rooted in old-school sensibilities. The premise places players in control of the Prysm Destroyer, a massive combat mech piloted by the heroine Amor, tasked with fighting back against a relentless mechanical threat known as the Primordial. The story exists primarily as thematic framing rather than a driving force, establishing a sci-fi world where humanity has been pushed to the brink and survival depends on overwhelming firepower. This light narrative approach fits the game’s arcade philosophy well, giving context to the chao…
