STORY
Ever since the day the SUPERVILLAINS appeared, CRIME has been the king of the streets of SCUM CITY—
But in the center of this hive of evil sits a paradise, and its name is JUSTOPIAN WARD.
Standing opposed to the dastardly villains, the SUPERHEROES built this autonomous safe zone as a thriving base of VIRTUE amidst the CHAOS around them.
Its FOUNDER—its MAYOR—its CHAMPION—is none other than JUSTOPIA himself, the ultimate hero, the bane of the countless villains he has brought to account for their innumerable sins.
As the creator and chairman of the HERO SOCIETY, Justopia also commands the other heroes in their tireless efforts to wipe crime from the face of the city and bring peace to the world at large.
Yet the conniving VILLAINS grow stronger and stronger, and the HEROES find themselves walloped rather than walloping... and some of their number pledge themselves to the darkness in acts of foulest BETRAYAL!
To whom should Justopia turn for help, if not to the ASYLUM? This rehabilitative institution brings villains to the light, and who should be fit to lead it—if not YOU?
Capture S-rank Villains and turn them into heroes as quickly and efficiently as you can.
It's up to you to reform these filthy scumbags—and set their powers back to work for the cause of JUSTICE!
CHARACTERS
Night Charger (Voice: Matsuri Sugihara)POWERS: Electricity-based superhuman regeneration, senses, and physical and athletic abilities.
A lone-wolf villain who commits her crimes solo on the streets of Scum City, targeting criminal organizations such as the mafia with bank robberies and art thefts while also taking jobs as superpowered muscle for hire. Her lack of trust in those around her and thorny personality often bring her into conflict with other villains, and she will not hesitate to oppose former allies in the pursuit of personal profit.
Despite the evident selfishness of her motives, her actions have often saved those weaker than her, giving her a powerful base of support among a certain segment of the population.
Bad Lotion (Voice: Yuki Akashi)POWERS: Generates a sticky fluid that she can manipulate at will.
The leader of the gang that runs Scum City's slums. After a difficult childhood, she leveraged her powers and charms to turn the tables on her environment, eventually rising to a position of effective control over her town.
She is convinced that she is the cutest thing on the planet; however, she can be remorselessly violent against even the people in her service.
Madam Venom (Voice: Shino Nakano)POWERS: Manifests poisons with various effects and can store them within her body.
As the boss of a major mafia organization, Madam Venom is known by everyone as a key player in Scum City. She harbors an ambition to overthrow the two Witches of the Towers, the city's most powerful forces, and take their domains for her own. Her base of support includes many of the criminals within the walls of the rehabilitation facility called the Asylum.
She is convinced that she is the most beautiful thing on the planet and backs her claim up with both fearsome powers and unbreakable confidence. Naturally, her experience has also lent her formidable technique.
Justopia (Voice: Uzuki Inari)POWERS: Physical invincibility, flight, and infinite vitality!
A world-famous superhero and the mayor of Justopia City. With his immovable smile, magnanimous heart, and ever-burning passion for justice, he has become a symbol to people everywhere.
For all his honesty, kindness, and altruism, he has little mercy for the villains who have turned their backs to the light. His power and overwhelming vigor have laid low every ne'er-do-well ever to cross his path.
Villains fear him, because they know that once you've seen his smile, you've already lost.
THE JUSTICE (Voice: Yuka Kanematsu)The municipal AI that manages Justopia City.
It manages not only the Asylum but the city's facilities and daily routines, optimizing to increase the population of superhuman defenders.
THE JUSTICE seeks to create a utopia, and the citizens accept its interventions as a fact of life.
Protagonist (Voice: -)The young director of the Asylum, a facility intended to rehabilitate villains. Under the direction of THE JUSTICE, the city's AI, he is responsible for turning villains' lives around.
He hates villains fundamentally because they once destroyed his life and has since turned his serious work ethic to the pursuit of justice. Though troubled by feelings of powerlessness due to his own lack of superpowers in a world increasingly overflowing with them, he now feels validated by his new appointment as director, which he owes to both his intellect and his compatibility with the assignment.
He greatly respects Justopia, who recognized his talents and elevated him to his position.

Even with the patch, I got to say, where's the game? Unless you're here for straight up superhero erotica, I can not recommend the game. Yeah, sure, some of the art was good, and I wouldn't mind a more normal 'game' featuring just Night Charger,, but there were hardly any choices, and I kind of doubt any of the few that existed mattered in the least. Just my opinion, but I think with more choice points and other game elements (maybe stats and training or something?) and a whole lot less adult content, this team would be very capable of making a good game. But in my opinion this one wasn't a game. As I am rating it as a game and not superhero erotica, I am going to give it 1 out of 5 stars.1 found this helpful
SACRIFICE VILLAINS is a dark science-fiction visual novel developed by CLOCKUP and published by Shiravune that explores the collapse of morality within a society obsessed with heroes, villains, and power. Rather than presenting a straightforward conflict between justice and evil, the game builds a grim world where corruption, manipulation, and emotional trauma define nearly every relationship. Combining dystopian storytelling with psychological drama and mature themes, the experience delivers an unsettling narrative that constantly challenges the player’s perception of heroism and humanity. It is not a comfortable story to experience, but that discomfort is precisely what gives the game its identity and emotional impact. The setting revolves around a futuristic society where enhanced individuals possess extraordinary abilities and are celebrated as protectors against violent criminals and villains. However, the game quickly reveals that the system controlling these so-called heroes is deeply flawed and morally compromised. Characters are treated less like people and more like disposable tools used to maintain public order and political influence. As the narrative unfolds, the dist…1 found this helpful
Misleading. It's not a game or even a VN (Visual Novel). Its an idea for a VN. The story begins then cuts off with credits. There is even a skip to last choice option when there are no choices that were presented to the player. I have no idea what this product was supposed to be like, but on Steam Deck it was buggy only to cut off to nothing if debugged. Waste of time and money.1 found this helpful
I'm still not sure if this is a case of a lazy developer or an unreliable patch server/corrupted patch. First booted after having the patch fail to download 6-7 times, got into the game and...the voiced dialogue and SFX are playing on a blank background, like the character sprites are missing. Ok, verified files (one replaced) and redownloaded/copied over the patch. On the second try, the text color changed from grey to blue, and the action scenes now had camera shake/movement...but still no sprites. Redownloaded the game, reverified, and resolved to get a copy of the patch downloaded WITHOUT the download failing. 14 tries later, including two server-side insta-fail messages stating the files had been moved and to try again later, I succeed! Boot up the game aaanndd...no sprites. Voiced dialogue and camera effects on a blank background. I tried continuing a bit to see if that changed and it didn't, tried deleting the patch to see what ships in the SFW-er steam version, and it skipped the initial "fight scene" (the initial blank background scene more like) entirely. If it's corruption/server issues, can't recommend just based on that. If these guys somehow thought doing dialogue …
10/10 game. Great voice acting. Needs patch from publisher website.
Artwork is excellent. Writing is solid. Subject matter is very specific. This game was not for me, but if it is your thing, its probably very good.
