I did not enjoy this game and for $38.99 it's a complete rip off. I'm glad I got this from a friend when it was going for a deal.4 found this helpful
It has the balls enough to call you a loser for winning
nice profit from cards
Overall, SAMOLIOTIK is a very simple vertical shooter that focuses more on meme-style presentation than deep gameplay mechanics. You control a plane using only the mouse, dodging continuously falling objects while shooting through waves of enemies and short boss encounters. The game is extremely short and can be completed in around 10–20 minutes if played without dying. Most enemies do not actively attack the player, and gameplay mainly consists of avoiding obstacles and collecting temporary power-ups. Visually, the game uses very simple 2D graphics with repeated environments and minimal variation between levels. The main differences between stages are background colors, enemy shapes, and boss themes. The overall presentation feels more experimental and meme-driven rather than polished. The soundtrack is repetitive but has some memorable tracks that fit the chaotic tone of the game. However, the lack of variety in audio and gameplay can make longer sessions feel monotonous. There is very little depth or progression, and replay value is limited once the game is completed and achievements are unlocked. The experience feels more like a short arcade experiment or a meme project rat…
The Pros : - Very nice soundtrack. - Satisfying powerups (only 3 of them though). - You can pause the game to move your plane around. It can both help or kill you. Fun gimmick. - Fun easter eggs. - Easy achievements. - Has trading cards. The cons : - Ridiculously overpriced, get it on sale. - No incentive to play it again once you get all the achievements. - The levels play out the same way. Verdict : You're in for a fun, albeit short time.
