Weak reccomend. The game is good, but there are a few problems to be aware of. The art is good, the setting is cool, the game works without any issues. Modern resolutions are supported. The story is serviceable, nothing too crazy. Game is quite short. Some Hidden Object scenes have quite a bit of repeated objects and/or objects that make no sense for the scene. Get it if you are a Hidden Objects fan, but better to grab it at a sale.
Secret Mission: The Forgotten Island is a relaxed, story-driven hidden-object adventure that leans into classic point-and-click traditions while emphasizing atmosphere and accessibility over mechanical complexity. Developed and published by Frogwares, the game follows Chanel Flores, a renowned scientist whose routine flight turns into a survival mystery after a strange electrical storm forces her to parachute into an uncharted island within the Bermuda Triangle. From the outset, the experience frames itself as a methodical journey of discovery, inviting players to slowly unravel both the island’s geography and its buried past rather than rushing them through high-stakes drama or intense challenges. The gameplay loop blends exploration, hidden-object scenes, and light puzzle solving in a steady, linear progression. Each new area introduces richly illustrated environments where players search for specific items, many of which are later used to solve inventory-based puzzles or unlock new locations. These sequences are interspersed with self-contained mini-games that range from simple logic challenges to pattern-matching and mechanical alignment tasks. None of these puzzles are partic…
puzzle game ,took me 2h ,when u wanna just chill and bouth train ur brain and also turn off
Its very small game and puzzles are unique and easy. gameplay is around 3 hours.
Fun enough, decent hidden object games, easy puzzles, only skipped one. The story was interesting enough that I finished this in one go, almost two hours start to finish. And easy two thumbs up on the good sale I got it on, about a buck. In no way worth the full price though way too short, really feels like it should be a one dollar game.
This is a short and sweet hidden object game. The game took me about 2 hours to complete and didn't have any frills, but it was a fine simple adventure to play. Because of how short and straightforward it is, you might want to wait for a sale on this one, but I still found it to be worth playing. There are a few cutscenes without voice overs for the most part, but with blurbs of text that explain a little bit of the story as you go. The hidden object games were mostly fair, I only really got stumped on one of them, but the pacing was good, I didn't think it was too hard or too easy. There are also some puzzles, and these were mostly easy to understand and complete. There is basic music, for the most part it just repeats one track but it's unobtrusive and does't really bother me. The art style is almost like a comic-type of illustration and I think it still holds up now. One thing the game does that I really like is the hint system for the hidden object games. Each hidden object game has blue crystals you can find as objects in the scene, usually 2. Collecting these gives you uses of the hint feature in the hidden object scenes (there is no limitation outside of the hidden …
