Sheaf - Together EP

Sheaf - Together EP is not a game. Games contain meaningful gamelike interaction and game loops, which are absent in this "art experience". Instead of being a game, Sheaf - Together EP is a software application that presents a poorly made "art" exhibition. This is a godawful set of three music videos from a synthwave artist nobody ever heard of featuring some of the most garbled, godawful "music" you ever heard (not to be confused with synthwave, or music, for that matter). I saw two cats fighting on top of a synthesizer and it sounded better than this trash. Also, not a game. Although the visual assets do look like they might be asset flipped. So the best thing we can say about this is there's high consistency. Every part of this is awful. We get this non-game shovelware on Steam whenever your usual Starbucks barista/McDonalds frycook art school dropout finally gets a restraining order from the local art galleries so turns to Steam Direct to try get their art published somewhere so they can finally dream of moving out of their parents basement. История проста, но изящно рассказана, цепляя за живое своей искренностью и уязвимостью персонажей. Визуальный стиль минималистичен, но эстетичен, создавая завораживающую атмосферу, идеально дополняющую внутренние переживания героев. Музыкальное сопровождение выше всяких похвал – эмбиентные треки, органично вплетенные в повествование, усиливают эмоциональный отклик от происходящего на экране. Выбор, хоть и не определяющий сюжет кардинально, позволяет ощутить себя частью этой истории и сделать свои собственные выводы. Игра оставляет после себя приятное послевкусие и заставляет задуматься о важных вещах, таких как дружба, любовь и собственное место в мире. Рекомендую всем, кто ищет неспешную, атмосферную и трогательную историю, способную затронуть самые тонкие струны души.

While I enjoyed all 3 of the songs, my favorite was Innervisions. I find darker settings much more immersive in VR and driving through a storm during the night was a great setting for the moody vibes of the track. But the best part is definitely [spoiler]driving into the sunrise at the end[/spoiler] which triggered powerful emotions. I may have even teared up a little. I got chills throughout all the songs but that moment was special :) I really like the concept of taking a virtual drive where the scenery changes match transitions in the song. This captures those magical moments when a song perfectly syncs with a part of your drive and the vibes suddenly max out - but this just keeps delivering those moments. I will note, when I first launched this I spawned under the car and could only see the bottom of the menu. I wound up crouching down to see everything and when I hit play I began moving below the car. I soon figured out I just needed to hit one of the other triggers to re-center my view. It would be nice it this was done by default at the start to avoid some initial confusion - but things worked out. Thanks for the exercise I guess... ...and thank you for this experience.

Was good, now just crashes after starting every time :( shame

Since my first headset, which was HTC Vive, this is the first thing I play when I buy a new headset or format my PC. It's just so pleasant.
