[ENG] Shu is a fun platform game. At first, it seems quite easy as you beat stages quickly. As a good platform game has several secrets and hidden objects, it will be up to you if you want to collect everything or simply move on. It's a game that you can end in 3 hours. It has a learning curve, but in general it is simple, it is about having good coordination of movements and doing it at the right time. I think it can be addictive because visually it is cute, although not spectacular, but it is attractive enough to grow fond of it and appreciate the new elements that will appear. In my case I have not been able to beat (for now) the final phase. At one point in the story, I got stuck and feel a little frustrated on one of the stages that require speed without fail. It has a balanced saving mode. Each save/spawn point gives 5 opportunities from which you can try to reach the next one. If you fail again after 5 chances, you must restart the level from the beginning. The game is divided into 5 different areas with 4 scenarios, each one with a different theme and characters/powers. The game has many achievements (42), which can be an extra motivation for all those who enjoy completing…

Shu is a gentle, visually lyrical platformer that manages to stand out not through scale or spectacle, but through elegance, rhythm, and emotional subtlety. Rather than overwhelming the player with mechanics or dense storytelling, it frames its world with soft lines, painterly textures, and a melancholic sense of loss that permeates the journey without ever turning heavy-handed. You guide Shu, a small and unassuming figure, through a world ravaged by a destructive storm that has torn apart his home and scattered his companions. The narrative unfolds with quiet simplicity — a series of implied tragedies and hopeful reunions — relying more on atmosphere and movement than on dialogue or exposition. This understated approach allows the world’s charm to shine while giving the player space to absorb the mood and meaning in their own way. Where the game truly shines is in its devotion to pure platforming. Shu’s abilities are minimal at first — running, gliding, jumping — but these mechanics feel immediately intuitive and refined. As you encounter rescued villagers, each one lends Shu a unique ability for the remainder of that level, and the design cleverly builds each stage around the sk…

Starts in a super cropped 1024x768, crashes immediately after fullscreening it to 16:9. The game content seems awfully generic. The keyboard inputs are a bit unresponsive, preventing fluid control.

I think I got this one sale for 3 dollars. It was definitely worth it. The game is only a couple hours long but it was smooth and enjoyable. You travel the areas saving the towns folk each person gives you a different ability which you get to keep until the next area you save. Its a nice concept because the different areas can be built around the different abilities you have collected. I would be disappointed by the length of the game but for three dollars I really cant be plus that just means I wanted to keep playing it longer! Try it out - its a fun relaxing little platformer - Its very forgiving, not a lot of challenge but sometimes that is perfect
