✦ AI summary
SIGNAL: Uncharted Lands is praised for its charming art style, clever writing, and heartfelt story that manages to be warm and humorous despite its post-apocalyptic setting, with meaningful choices that encourage replays and plenty of easter eggs to discover. Players consistently highlight the polished presentation, expressive character design, and the game's ability to balance dark themes with genuine positivity and wonder, though some note the experience is quite short.
I just finished SIGNAL: Uncharted Lands and loved it. Charming, clever, and simply a joy to play. The art is adorable — expressive characters, detailed backgrounds, and plenty of fun little secrets to find. The world feels alive: despite the post-apocalyptic setting, it’s warm, funny, and full of wonder. Choices actually matter, leading to different endings and making a second playthrough worthwhile. The writing is heartfelt and polished, with a solid translation, and the music and sound add just the right mood. It’s a bit short, but perfectly delivers what it promises. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys story-driven games and exploring hidden lore.3 found this helpful

I have some more choices and endings to explore/discover but I very much enjoyed my first playthrough. Inventive and funny and lots of little nods to things you'll recognise, really nice way to spend an hour.1 found this helpful
The duality of slav
Usually I don't give such short games positive reviews, but this fun novel was so charming and positive. I've never seen a post-apocalyptic science fiction story before, which was able to be so sweet and humorous, even while dealing with dark topics. In it's game-backgrounds you are even sometimes able to notice some easter eggs, like Bender's head from Futurama or the evil gnomes of Gravity Falls for example. And the idea of dogs surviving a nuclear catasrophe reminded me a lot of Tschernobyl, which adds even more positive vibes to our current, dark topics: that at least human's best friends could survive the errors of humankind's ill doings. So yes, I can recommend this story to anyone, who needs some brightness in their life. And I want to thank the Steam-user "MadHatterBelial" for helping me out to get the last, 3 achievements in this game and for their helpful guide, which you can finde here, too.
