About Sixth Grade Detective
Round up the usual suspects—the mean girl, the new kid, the bully, the nerd, maybe even your best friend! As the sixth grade detective, you'll spy on classmates for cash—will you keep their secrets or take the money?
"Sixth Grade Detective" is a 109,000-word interactive young-adult novel by Logan Hughes, where your choices control the story. It's entirely text-based--without graphics or sound effects--and fueled by the vast, unstoppable power of your imagination.
Match wits with the criminal masterminds of middle school! Solve mysterious disappearances and thefts, trace rumors, track down your best friend's stolen bike, and most importantly—get a date to the dance.
Forge friendships, chase down thieves, or stick to your guns against bullies? Unmask them in public, or work behind the scenes to help a new friend? Will you protect the reputation of your clients, destroying evidence, or go so far as to hack your friend's cell phone to uncover his embarrassing secret?

Very awesome, wholesome and funny. Totally recommend it.
Cute little game. The characters are likable and the MC is oozing with personality. Not much of a detective game really, the mysteries are very simple and don't require much thought, but they work well for the setting of the game and the age of the characters
Adorable, and well written. A bit like a collection of short stories than a single story, although with some amusing callbacks. Relaxing and low-stakes. I played it three times, and felt like I had pretty much explored the vast majority of its nooks. A good game to play with with a young kid--although I enjoyed playing it on my own as well.
Enjoyed it more than I expected. Most options don't rely on your stats and I loved it; I could focus more on the story and pick the options that I liked the most without having to check my stats. The mysteries were short but original and had enough hints to let you craft your own theory in your head before you get to the bottom of them.
it is good
I actually use this novel and Psy High for students to "play" in the classroom. They think it's edgy because they can TRY to drink beer, but they're also interested in reading 'Choose Your Own Adventure' novels because they've have absolutely no exposure to this genre. Thanks for writing it!
