Under the full moon's light of Halloween, a skeleton decides to grab fate by the bones and become nobility - the hard way. After all, if you collect every single crown in the crypt, you ARE the Skeleton King!
Lose yourself in this relaxing, realistic runner while realizing it's really about a restless reliquary that's actually rather scary, due to the animated skeletons of course. To be honest it's not a bad excuse for a Halloween game that's eerily realistic looking.
Your character moves faster as the games goes on, can slowly regenerate "health", and dies when you run out.
Obstacles remove a single hit point, while enemy skeletons cost you 5. Enemy Mummies will deal 10 damage, and Werewolves deal 50, so watch out!
Use Left and Right keys (or A and D) to move left and right.

This game changed my life for the better. Despite not even having an hour of playtime at the game at the time of writing this review, it is clear to me that this game is a masterpiece that deserves to be cherished and loved. I have received this masterclass of a game for free, but if I had to, I'd pay the 1 Dollar just to get access to it once more. The thrill of running through this infinite, beautiful castle while being motivated by the intense music makes it a fun and exciting experience. The lightning, while basic looking at first, is a testament to show how we have advanced in the video game technology, ever since the 8-Bit era. The game makes me feel something I have never felt before while playing a video game, that is true fear, the nervousness in your body increasing, as the skeleton runs faster and faster.. the punishment of dying becomes ever so scarier the more crowns you collect, the thought of going through such a loss paralyzes my body to no end. Overall, 10/10 experience, it is a divine work of art that should be experienced by every human being on this earth. My life will never be the same.1 found this helpful
Forgot to review, how silly of me! Undoubtably the best game ever made Too good for a GOTY. The design choices of this game are extremely cinematic. First of all, the goal is fantastic, collecting crowns so you can be king Secondly, each run gets faster and faster as you stay alive, Bravo Vince, excellent gameplay decision. Thirdly, hats, and lots of 'em. Press a number on your keyboard and you get to express yourself with wonderful headgear All of them are beautiful ways for a player to express themselves, keeping each playthrough unique You are a Skeleton, you must become King. 11/10 this game has let me achieve true inner peace.
