PRESENTATION
Skyfall is a 2D old-school RPG in the classic style of Valiant - Resurrection.
The nation of Azura has enjoyed 30 years of peace after the end of the Sky War. The great war waged between Azura and the Sky Archipelago against the Orcs.
The days of peace are staying behind as our heroes start to uncover hard truths about the war and it's resolution and as new villains start arise in both nations.
The sky is literally falling and it lies upon your shoulders to help the heroes of this story to stop it.

I do recommend this game because I had a lot of fun playing it. Scenery is good to look at and character portraits are well done. BUT - I started the game in Normal difficulty, which I always do with RPGs. Got to the first boss fight against orcs and I couldn't beat them at all. The enemies don't respawn, so you can't go back and level up. So I started the game again - this time in Easy mode. No problems with the fights then! I like the 3 separate teams you start off with, so they have different stories. There are secret rooms to find which give good treasure/equipment. I would recommend buying the guide (it's very cheap on Steam). The guide shows secret room locations and also side quests which help levelling up a lot. What I would like to see in the guide is a world map - I spent quite a while sailing round lost.3 found this helpful
A cute little classic RPG. Super easy mouse controls. Fun game play. Lack of a map and quest tracking takes a little bit away from it, sometimes you spend more time running around trying to figure out what to next than actually playing the game. I played some game where I wished they would take longer....well Skyfall isn't one of them! The game is ...there is no other word for it...boring. Because items are rare and costly the usual gameplay is like this: going to the next dungeon, fighting 2 - 3 mobs. Than back to the base with a free bed. Of course that is only if you played this on normal or hard...with difficult easy you can probably fight 4 mobs Don't waste your money on this one. edit: and before you ask, I played this game offline so my real playtime is near 3 hours.1 found this helpful
Fine for what it is, but what it is, is a dime a dozen. With that, very few of these high fantasy RPG Maker games are remotely memorable, this one included.
Much better then I thought to begin with, long and fun.
