✦ AI summary

Players appreciate the addictive gameplay loop of buff-stacking on creatures and enjoy the cute aesthetic, with the roguelike and creature-collector mechanics working well together at a fair price. Common complaints include permanent slug loss upon fainting with no revival option, the inability to customize slugs outside of combat encounters or rename them, and concern that allowing any slug to learn any move feels overpowered and undermines strategy, though players acknowledge the implementation challenges.

I have no clue what I just played but stacking a buffs on a slug didn't feel too bad.

in general i post reviews of games i care about ,no exception here either! that being said , i start me reviews with a couple of cons & then end things on a positive note disregarding my diss/approval ^^ , cons: >the slugs are gone forever after they apparently faint ,maybe add revives in some shops :D >imo i should be able to apply injections/genes/chips outside of encounters plz ,a little bit annoying. >surprisingly the fact that any slug can learn any move feels un-welcomed to a degree??? ,potentially OP (though im not completely sure) ,then again move-pooling is a pain to implement in general its completely understandable. >i cannot name my slugs >:c positives: +addictive +cute +as a rogue-like its pretty good +as a creature collector also not too shabby +worth the price +stats/states/affects/buffs/debuffs make my dork brain happy. , im the pickiest gamer i know ,this game made it past the filtering process & out the other end ,i insist that thats an amazing achievement for a game to accomplish by itself.
