Pop-ups keeps pop-uping though the game already said it would be over. "Now you can fight on your own. WAIT. There is one more thing." Also, UI very confusing. Got tired of it.2 found this helpful

awesome CCG deckbuilder adaptation of Dungeons & Dragons
allows even class combinations that wouldn't go well in D&D
easy enough for beginners, complex enough for advanced players
doesn't have the most engaging graphics, but the ones it has are beautiful
A must-buy for fans of the genre imo.1 found this helpful
So I played through THIS UNFINISHED GAME, got annoyed, tortured myself through this rubbish. There's no other way to describe it, because it's just incredibly stupid. I don't even know why you put new images on it. I don't think it even mentions at the beginning that the procedures are so insane. Instead of meeting in the tavern like before, making way for the other monsters on the way, at the beginning after the tutorial, the people from the tavern suddenly meet in the middle of the forest, then they piss off again, I flatten these goblins, and then go to the tavern, where I fight them again. Then the map is full, and at some point the game just stops. I think to myself, what's going on? I calculated that I would have to grind for about 15 hours to get to the next level. I thought you had to get to the next level somehow to continue. No, I look in the forum, and there's actually someone who tells them how nice it is that they've updated it, since the game is still unfinished. And then, not only did they put the game into EA instead of finishing it, no, they're selling a game where the campaign is unfinished, and then they build in a Slay the Spire mode. So listen here, lads, you'r…
My initial impression of this game was mediocre, but the more I play it, the more I enjoy it. It's clearly inspired by Hearthstone, and while it has less mechanical complexity or content than Hearthstone, Demontide more than makes up for this by offering supreme flexibility and not being pay-to-win, making it the better of the two. Like Hearthstone, it offers multiple game modes, but my favorite by far is the campaign mode, so that's what I'l be describing. Instead of having one hero power, you can equip up to 3. Instead of choosing one class for your character, you can increase your level in any class each time you gain a character level, unlocking unique class cards, up to a maximum of 8 levels. That said, there are some downsides that need to be mentioned. While there are unlimited randomly generated enemies to fight, the hand-crafted story content is incomplete with no indication that it's still being worked on. Similarly, it looks like each class had 8 levels planned, but only 5 or 6 implemented. The existing content is worth more than the purchase price by a wide margin, but it's still disappointing to know that there was more planned that we can't experience. I'd be…
If it wasnt abandoned I would recommend it, I really like what there is a lot. I like that you can redo battles, that you can lose but keep going, I like the quests and the multi classing....but there seems to be a missing chapter 2 no updates in years so i guess its dead. The link to the games website doesnt go anywhere either.
Game itself is OK. But without cloud save am uninstalling.
