A friend got me this game over Christmas. He may not actually be my friend...

Ever since playing Spud! last Xmas I've been living in a padded cell repeating "It's a little gnome, it's a little gnome!" over and over. The only reason I'm recommending it is that someone might play it and join me in my madness...

Fascinating little fmv point and click adventure game that has just the right amount of weirdness to be enjoyable.

This was a game I played when I was very young and it left a very strong impression. Unfortunately, I had forgotten the name of it, and only rediscovered it recently. I think there’s something special about this game. Its cheerful Christmas setting contrasted with the violence and creepiness creates an amazing atmosphere. Unfortunately, the performance is terrible. Every time you move, there is a 3 second delay, which will test your patience. What’s worse is that this game has chase sequences, which would not be fun even if the game ran well. Regardless, I still think this game is worth experiencing. I wish it were better optimized. But I still think it’s worth the effort. It's not just nostalgia. I think there is something here that you can't get anywhere else. I can't think of any game quite like it.
