The square-jawed hero reaches his limit and decides it's time to fight back against bullies with some well-executed combos. The experience is quite accessible, easy to learn, and full of combos. While it's fun to beat up the bullies, the lack of variety in enemies and constant repetition make the game a bit tiresome. Fortunately, it’s short and can be completed in a few hours, preventing boredom from dragging on. The pixel art graphics are cute and the soundtrack does its job. The controls are responsive, allowing for easy combos and maneuvers, though the game lets you win fights easily with a few airborne kicks that solve almost every situation. The game sends a message that bullying is wrong, but the execution is somewhat contradictory, as the proposed solution is to engage in a fight. While the intention is good, the game oversimplifies the complexity of the problem and may not convey the message in the most appropriate way. Squareboy is my hero, ever since i was a youngster. I had a crummy life, and a evil baby sitter who would pee on me, but when i saw this game, i knew i was safe. Squareboy gave me the ability to be happy, he gave me hope for the future. The games alright i guess.

Very cool game. I liked it a lot.

Extremely short/easy game. Only one stage really gave me a short struggle. However that’s not to say it’s a bad game. It’s worth the cheap price for a simple beat em up game. It’s an easy 100% achievement game.
