Now, thanks to the Star Crystal in your heart, you can transform into a Stellaria, a magical warrior tuned to the light of the constellations. You're one of the very few with the power to defeat the terrifying monsters that you call Nightmares. It's just in time, too, because Nightmares are creeping into your city, corrupting people's dreams to weaken the veil between the Dream Kingdom and the waking world and spreading a terrible sleeping plague. If the veil falls, the Dream Kingdom will engulf reality and the Nightmares - ruled by the terrifying Empress Nyx—will take over your world.
Fortunately, you're not alone. Your friends in the waking world will always stand by your side, and there are other Stellaria out there fighting against the Nightmares—some of whom might be closer than you think! How will you push the Nightmares out of your city? Will you strike them down with your magic, use your wits to turn them against each other, or heal the darkness in their hearts with the shining compassion in yours? This is a standard choice of games title: a text game with character stats that rise and fall based on decisions. If you enjoy that style, and are interested in Sailor Moon, you will probably like this. The writing is solid and the story is enjoyable magic/power of friendship fare.4 found this helpful

Text-only but there's a lot of good stuff in here. I sometimes think the details could use fleshing out - some of the romance especially comes a little out of nowhere. What can I say? I loved this addition to the Choice Of Games roster. like SO MUCH, it's unbelievable how fast my brain got attached to this. The story is fun and very reminiscent of your typical "magical girl" type media, in all the best ways. The setting (both parts of it) are described beautifully, and the tone is whimsical and heartfelt, but I also really appreciate it sometimes dropping into dark, almost horror territory for some of the nightmare-related things. I know that was an issue for some readers, but for me it added a nice touch of complexity to the usually straight-forward rainbows and sunshine that this genre leans towards. I played through this story in one long hyper-focused sitting and I'd definitely like to do it again to make some little changes compared to my first run. I loved the characters and think the small cast really helped me develop an attachment to them as a reader, despite the short time we really have with them. I do wish we could have had *more*, in every aspect. I would have loved more interactions with your potential partners, a bit more downtime, more fights and maybe minor nightmares to fight. Really I guess I just wish it were longer overal…1 found this helpful
