Fun GTA style zombie survival simulator. You play with one character out of your community at a time. They level-up, have their own inventory and their own traits to work on. The stamina meter makes you feel vulnerable and will eventually refill slower forcing you to sleep and switch characters. Others will go about their own lives and helping will give you Influence. The game autosaves and when you die, it can be permadeath if you don’t ragequit in time. It’s not all hardcore. The base management is simple and someone monitoring the radio will help you with quests. Cars are a big help traveling, as a weapon and the storage keeps your own backpack light. Tip: outposts around your base will protect it, will generate supplies and give you access to shared inventory.

One of the best zombies game to ever exist.. :))

Fairly decent game. It ran really well, especially given Proton. One thing I will note is the random frame drops when going through what seem to be loading zones, but it's predictable and not super annoying. I liked the game, but the amount of recycled content that gets shoveled to you over and over again, especially near the endgame after you've finished most of the main quests is a bit much. It also bugs me how slow main missions were given out, I think at one point I had to wait like an hour and a half of IGT to get a new main mission. Overall, decent enough game for the $3-5 it is on sale.

I love the franchise, played the hell out of it on Xbox. But what they sell here is one of the most dysfunctional PC Ports ever. And that is already the "improved" version? 1080p or 4k. Want 1440p? Not possible. Resolution set at over 1080p? Shadow textures glitching all over the place, making it near unplayable. Alt-tabbed? Resolution, Fullscreen and Graphics messed up. Setting resolution to 4k because 1440p isn't available? Forget it. Not only are the shadows getting rendered as if they're being drawn by a seismograph. No no. Now you can't use the mouse anymore, because you have to aim for menu points a third of the screen off blindly. And if you change any setting now, the 4k resolution now zooms in so you can only see the upper left corner of the screen. Broken ports like this should be taken off steam by valve. It's basically fraud to charge money for this.
