Awful, truly awful. I couldn't even get through the tutorial. Absolute garbage, obviously written by non English speakers. I want my $0 back. Avoid.

I wanted to try this turn‑based game because the reviews on Steam looked great. So I launched it… and immediately hit the first red flag: the game refuses to run in windowed mode. Full screen only. No negotiation. Yeah, there’s a “resolution settings” menu, but clicking it does absolutely nothing. It’s like the game politely pretends it has options, but deep down it knows it’s lying. And look — I’m not saying I mind playing in full screen. But my boss definitely would, and he’s not a fan of me suddenly disappearing behind a giant RPG battle while I’m “working”. So… once they patch this, I’ll give it another shot. Until then, it’s going straight into the “Not safe for office productivity” pile. I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO MY "WORKING 9-17 FRIEND" NOR MY GRANDMA.

Stones Keeper: King Aurelius is a compact turn-based strategy game with RPG elements that uses its relatively short campaign to introduce a surprisingly broad collection of tactical and management ideas. Developed by SK Team and published by Valkyrie Initiative, the game functions as a free prequel centered on King Aurelius, leader of the Order of the Griffin. Its limited scale prevents many of its systems from developing as deeply as they might in a larger campaign, but the mixture of tactical combat, squad customization, exploration, and management of a flying fortress gives the adventure an identity beyond that of a simple promotional prologue. The story follows Aurelius as the Inquisition requests the Order's assistance against undead forces increasingly crossing into its territory. Aurelius responds by defending his lands, unaware that these attacks represent only the beginning of a much greater crisis. His courage and willingness to sacrifice himself form the emotional foundation of the campaign.
