What Steam players say
Recent verbatim reviews from Steam — separate from playze.io community reviews below.
Players praise the game's unique blend of 4X strategy with individual hero units that level up and carry meaningful consequences when lost, along with satisfying progression and engaging mechanics. However, they consistently criticize technical issues including crashes, poor performance, and bugs that require community patches to stabilize, plus a lengthy campaign. The core gameplay concept resonates strongly with those who appreciate its depth, but the rough execution and stability problems are significant detractors.
Absolutely great game, loaded with depth and fun ruined by unimaginative AI and unbelievably bad polish. The Russian company that ran this studio was absolute trash, as well. Do not buy this game. Do not support this dev company.1 found this helpful
I don't know exactly what it is, but I think this is an amazing game. The game can crash occasionally, so I recommend the FIxers Vanilla Patch; it makes it much more stable.1 found this helpful

A fun experience with simple mechanics and satisfying progression. Definitely worth a look.
tough but fun
Apart from some bugs and poor performance, in combination with the campaign taking a looong time to complete, the game's worth playing for sure. I specifically like the single unit combat with heroes combined with 4X strategy, instead of units being troops disguised as single units like so many other 4X games. Your units can level up and losing a high level unit is a big loss. Wish there were more games with this idea.
