If you took a look at the screenshots and still decided to buy this game you would be very pleasently surprised. It feels like a wierd pulpy action-packed cult B movie. If Werner Herzog and Laibach came together in like the late 80s to make a video game, this would be it. This is something a little different. If you like hard challanging heart pumping games you might just get a kick out of this game and the price is definitly worth it. This game is a hell of a trip; in a good way. The developers obviously did not focus on the graphics, like at all, but boy is this game a load of fun. The game mechanics are pretty simple but super fun! Its a shoot-em-up with some rougelike elements. There are a bunch of different weapons, you can pretty much use anything as a weapon; fling bodies, catch incoming projectiles, spam every weapon, this game makes you feel like a badass god while still being extremely challanging. The deeper you get the more the game surprises you. It isn't polished at this point and the UX for switching weapons is quite clunky, but the actual fighting mechanics are a blast. This game will probably not be for everyone but if you can look past the graphics, wanna try …6 found this helpful
Actually a great and underrated game. It's a bit unbalanced at times, but the gameplay and atmosphere are great. I was actually given a key to this quite a while ago and forgot to review it. I love the dynamic physics. My favourite thing to do is punching people with the fireball spell. Feels like a falcon punch. Be careful not to light yourself on fire when you do it, though, becuase you can actually do that.3 found this helpful
At the moment you start the game with a table full of destruction in front of you. Guns, axes, magic, bombs, ect...You then venture into the labyrinth to battle hordes of creatures. Other weapons and spells can be found in the level or dropped from the mobs. Get to the center to finish and then try the next maze. They start easy, then get more complex. Dev says a story/mission mode is in the works, so pick it up now on the cheap!3 found this helpful
You basically have to get the centre of the maze and theres lots of monsters and traps to try and stop you. I think they need to give you ammo / mana because you can just spam all your skills and be unstoppable but overall I had fun3 found this helpful
Game feels very incomplete. Bought it because I heard it had an asymmetric mode to play with friends, but we couldn't get that to work in any meaningful way (outside the second player controlling the VR player's body, which is instant naseua). Controls were imprecise, couldn't ever get to the point where I was confidently doing what I wanted to do with my hands. Gameplay is very simple, seems to just be a large arena with a maze in it, and the maze spawns loads of messed up looking monsters.
